The MR-You® module for reception at the counters allows users to wait for the operator’s call while observing the dedicated monitors. Each patient is notified through an audio signal and a pop-up displaying their number and the counter to go to.
The monitors can display additional information with scrolling text and are equipped with infotainment features, such as news and weather forecasts. The process management is fully automated and can be integrated with interactive digital systems on mobile devices and via the web.
